Voice Actors for Tech Promos (Travel Paid to L.A.)

Nationwide search for 6–12 character voice actors to portray AI characters for a major tech product. Most work is in-studio VO; travel to Los Angeles covered if you’re not local. One possible “visual embodiment” day to capture movement (your likeness won’t appear in final).

Project & Window

• Category: Tech ads/product promos

• Recording: In-person at an L.A. studio (travel paid)

• Target dates: Late October–mid November 2025 (additional days possible through year-end)

• Casting: Nationwide (U.S. work authorization required)

Roles

• Real character voice actors for 6–12 AI characters

• You may audition for more than one role

Rates

• Callback: $300 (live read via video or pre-recorded)

• Recording: $250/hour studio time

• External Use Option (if exercised): $20,000 per year (Years 1–3). Paid $10,000 at option exercise + $10,000 after any Additional Day recordings each year.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable recording in person in L.A.

• Note any availability conflicts
