Virgin Voyages Holding Dancer Auditions in New York City

Virgin Voyages is coming to New York City to audition dancers for paid onboard entertainment roles across its cruise fleet.

These auditions are for performers interested in working at sea in high-energy stage shows and immersive guest experiences. Selected dancers will receive weekly pay, a private cabin, and meals and transportation provided.

Audition Details

Auditions will take place in New York City from April 13–15, 2026 and are by appointment only. This is not an open call, so performers must submit in advance to be considered for an audition slot.

What They’re Looking For

Casting is seeking versatile dancer-performers who are confident performing solo, in groups, and in interactive environments with guests. Dancers from a wide range of movement styles are encouraged to apply, including:

• Contemporary

• Commercial

• Hip hop

• Heels

• Breaking / b-boy

Additional skills such as acro, tumbling, parkour, pole dance, improvisation, and especially tap for male-identifying dancers are a plus.

Contract Details

• Six-month contracts throughout 2026

• Ships will travel across the Caribbean and Mediterranean

• Pay starts around $1,000 per week, depending on role

• Private cabin (shared bathroom)

• Housing, meals, and transportation provided
