Thirsty Girl Movie Casting Paid Background Actors in Nashville

The feature film Thirsty Girl is now filming in and around Nashville, Tennessee, and is casting paid background talent.

Jenny Alison Casting is seeking non-union local hires for multiple background roles. Filming is expected to take place from mid-May through mid-June 2026, and applicants must be able to work locally in the Nashville area.

Thirsty Girl is written and directed by Alexandra Qin and expands on her 2023 Sundance-selected short film of the same name.

The story follows a woman driving her sister to rehab while quietly facing an addiction of her own. The feature film is now in production and is looking for local performers to join the set as paid background actors.

Pay Rate: $100 for 8 hours

Trendy NYC Bar Patrons

Work Date: Monday, May 18

Role: Trendy New York City bar patrons

Age: 25–40

Casting: All genders and ethnicities

Look: Hip, stylish, urban

Pay Rate: $100 for 8 hours, with time and a half after 8 hours

Talent must be prepared to commit to being on set for 12+ hours, even if production may not need them for the full time. Call times will be sent the afternoon before filming, so applicants must be available regardless of call time.
