Waldron Casting is currently seeking NYC-area locals for paid specialty background work on The Walking Dead: Dead City, the spinoff following Maggie and Negan in a devastated, isolated Manhattan years after the outbreak.

Casting Breakdown: “Unhoused Types” (Background)

• Project: Dead City (TV Series)

• Role: NON-UNION men (18+) to portray unhoused types for winter exterior scenes

• Location: Manhattan, NY

• Work Date: Wednesday, January 14, 2026

• Rate: $181.50 / 10 hours (overtime after 10)
