“The Gilded Age” Season 4 Casting Paid Extras in New York & Newport

The hit HBO series “The Gilded Age” is now in production for Season 4, with new paid background casting opportunities open in New York City and Rhode Island.

Filming is currently underway in NYC, with additional shoots scheduled in Troy, NY (June 9–10) and Newport, RI in the coming weeks. This is a great opportunity for local talent to work on a major period drama known for its lavish costumes and grand set design.

GWCI is currently seeking men to portray National Guardsmen. Applicants must meet specific costume measurements and have marching experience.

Tentative shoot dates are May 16–17, with fittings taking place during the week of April 20 in the NYC area.

Pay rate: $234 for 8 hours.

Applicants must be local to NYC, comfortable with a period haircut and clean-shaven look, have no wool allergies, and be okay working around atmospheric smoke.
