The Home Creative Co. Is Seeking Actors For Their Upcoming Production Of "A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Play".


The Charles Dickens Holiday Classic Comes To Life As A Live 1940s Radio Broadcast, Complete With Vintage Commercials For Fruitcake (Extra-fancy), And The Magic Of Live Sound Effects And Musical Underscoring. A Handful Of Actors Bring Dozens Of Characters To The Stage, As The Familiar Story Unfolds: Three Ghosts Take Ebenezer Scrooge On A Thrilling Journey To Teach Him The True Meaning Of Christmas. A Charming Take On A Family Favorite That Will Leave No One Saying "Bah Humbug!"

What: In-person Auditions:


1. We Will Have Actors Do Cold Readings To Show The Range You Have As An Actor As Well. While There Is Singing In The Show, This Is Minor And We Will Ask You About Your Singing Ability But This Is Not A Major Consideration In Casting. No Need To Prepare Anything.

Freddie Filmore (Actor Plays Age: 40's-70+) Voices Multiple Characters Including Ebenezer Scrooge And Santa Claus. Voices Multiple Characters Including Marley And The Ghost Of Christmas Present.


Jake Laurents (Actor Plays Age: 20's-50's) Voices Multiple Characters Including Marley And The Ghost Of Christmas Present.


Harry "Jazzbo" Haywood (Actor Plays Age: 30's-50's) Voices Multiple Characters Including Bob Cratchit, Young Scrooge, And Tiny Tim.


Sally Applewhite (Actor Plays Age: 30's-40's) Voices Multiple Characters Including Scrooge's Sister Fan, And Lost Love Belle.


Lana Sherwood (Actor Plays Age 30's -50's) Voices Multiple Characters Including The Ghost Of Christmas Past And Cratchit's Daughter Martha.


Time Commitment:

Rehearsals Begin The Week Of October 9th, 2-3 Rehearsals A Week Dependent On Schedules

Load In: December 11th @4pm-9pm

Tech Rehearsal: December 12th 5-10pm

Dress Rehearsal: December 13th-15th 5-10pm

Shows: December 16th-18th @7pm And December 17th @2pm
