PBS Casting Nationwide Participants for Civics Made Easy

PBS is currently casting volunteer participants nationwide for its civics discussion series Civics Made Easy.

The project is looking for real people from a variety of backgrounds and viewpoints to take part in a candid conversation about current civic issues. Participants do not need to be political experts—they simply need to be willing to share their own opinions and experiences.

🎥 Discussion Topics

Participants may be selected to discuss one of these two topics:

• Education: Who should have a say in what children learn in school?

• Federal officials and judges: Should there be term limits or age limits?

The production is seeking a broad range of perspectives, with no single viewpoint required.

📅 Filming Dates

Selected participants will film on one of the following dates:

• September 29

• September 30

• October 1

• October 2

The casting notice indicates this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. The discussion is expected to be conducted remotely, so travel does not appear to be required.
