Paid Extras Casting Call in Chicago for “Chicago PD”

NBC’s “Chicago PD” is currently in production in the Chicagoland area and is now collecting submissions for paid background roles in Episode 14003.

Casting is open to local talent within about 2 hours of Chicago, Illinois. No travel expenses will be provided, so applicants must be able to work as local hires.

General background roles are open to any gender, any ethnicity, ages 9 and older. The production is seeking a variety of background actors, including neighborhood pedestrians with older vehicles, sketchy dealer and buyer types, and gangbanger types.

The general background pay rate is $136.40 for up to 8 hours, with time and a half after 8 hours. If booked with a vehicle to be parked on set, an additional $35 bump will be added. Minors ages 6–15 are paid $160 for up to 8 hours, while teens 16 and older receive the adult background rate.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit through the official Google availability form. Email submissions are also accepted, but applicants should submit only one way.

Minors ages 9–15 should be submitted by email with the subject line “EPISODE 14003 MINOR” and must include parent or guardian contact information, the child’s details, clothing sizes, and a copy of the minor’s work permit.
