A paid casting call is now open for real parent and student duos in the NYC Tri-State Area for a USA TODAY project.
Casting is seeking high school juniors or seniors who are applying to college, or incoming college freshmen, along with one parent. Duos should be able to speak about their experience with financial planning, including student loans, financial aid, or college-related expenses.

Location: NYC Tri-State Area only
Work Location: Must be able to work local to Stony Brook, NY
Rate: $1,000 per person
Shoot Dates: May 26–29 or June 1–5
Time Required: One day only, exact date TBD
The self-tape deadline is Friday, May 22, 2026, by end of day.
