SHARP Dance Company is holding dancer auditions for its 2026–2027 season in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Talented dancers with strong ballet and modern technique are invited to apply.
The audition will take place on April 12, 2026, at Equilibrium Dance Academy, followed by callbacks on April 13.
Audition Details
Date: Sunday, April 12, 2026Time: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PMLocation: Equilibrium Dance Academy, 1802 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA
Audition Day Schedule
1:30 – 2:30 PM: Arrival and sign-in
2:30 – 3:30 PM: Company ballet class
3:30 – 6:00 PM: SHARP repertory
Callback Schedule
Date: Monday, April 13
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Company modern class
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Callbacks
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Strong training in ballet and modern dance
Excellent partnering skills
Availability for daytime rehearsals on Mondays and Wednesdays in Philadelphia
A valid U.S. passport (or willingness to obtain one)
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for tours
