Open Auditions in Pasadena/Altadena for “Grease” and “Little Shop of Horrors”

Performers in the Los Angeles area have the chance to audition for two popular musical productions, Grease and Little Shop of Horrors, with upcoming runs in Altadena, California.
The productions are offering both union and non-union paid opportunities. Equity performers will be paid $720 per week under AEA contracts, while non-union performers will receive a $1,500 stipend for the full run. No housing will be provided, so this opportunity is best suited for local talent.
Audition Details
Open auditions will take place on April 22, 2026, from 5 PM to 10 PM at:
Westminster Presbyterian Church1757 N Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104
Principal Equity auditions are scheduled for:
Grease – April 27
Little Shop of Horrors – April 29
Both will be held at Actors Equity Association, 5636 Tujunga Avenue, North Hollywood.
A dance call will be held on May 2 at Pasadena Dance Theatre, with sign-ups beginning at 3:30 PM and auditions starting at 4 PM.
Callback Dates
Grease callbacks: May 3
Little Shop of Horrors callbacks: May 6
Callbacks are by invitation only.
What to Bring
Performers should bring:
Current photo and resume
16–32 bars of music in the style of the show
Some dancers may also be asked to sing.
Performer Requirements
Must be 18+
Must have few evening conflicts
No housing provided
