NYC Auditions for Acrobats, Circus Performers, and Extreme Movers

STREB EXTREME ACTION is now accepting submissions for paid company positions in New York City. The company is looking for bold, athletic performers ready to take on high-impact movement, acrobatics, heights, falls, and extreme physical performance.

This audition is open to dancers, acrobats, athletes, circus performers, tumblers, and strong movers who are interested in joining STREB as “Action Heroes.” Contracts are scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026.

STREB is accepting online submissions through August 16, 2026. To apply, candidates must submit an introduction video, a simple strength demonstration, and a movement reel through the form available at ******.org/company.

Selected applicants will be notified by August 21, 2026. Invited callbacks will take place at STREB, located at 51 N. 1st Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249, from September 1–3, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Attendance for all three callback days is required.

Callbacks will include STREB repertoire learned through video, with the link provided to selected auditionees. Performers should be comfortable with physical heights, impact, falls, and intense acrobatic activity. Strong dance technique, tumbling, trampoline, and/or diving experience is a plus.

STREB offers around 30 weeks of work per year, including paid rehearsal, performances, and touring opportunities. Rehearsal pay starts at $20/hour, local performances start at $80/day, and tour days start at $100/day.
