New York Auditions for Stage Play “Choices Before Us”

Kingdom Theatre is now casting for the Off-Broadway stage play Choices Before Us, with auditions taking place in New York City. This paid opportunity is seeking actors and actresses of color for key roles in a live theater production.

Set in Martha’s Vineyard, the play follows a young Black real estate mogul whose empire begins to fall apart because of the choices he makes.

Roles Currently Casting:

• David – Black male, ages 28–35, to portray a debonair, classy, and handsome real estate mogul

• Business Lawyer – Actress of color, ages 25–35, to play a poised and attractive lawyer who marries David

The production is scheduled to be performed live at the Annual All Purple Awards on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Audition DetailsAuditions are by appointment only, with table reads and rehearsals expected to begin mid-April in Manhattan, New York.
