Netflix Series “Free Bert” Casting Background Role in Atlanta

On Location Casting is currently seeking local Atlanta-area talent for a background role on the Netflix series “Free Bert.” This casting is for a woman with a unique, memorable look to portray an upscale dive bar waitress.

Filming will take place in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and talent must be able to work as a local hire. Transportation and accommodation will not be provided, so applicants should either live in the Atlanta area or be within a reasonable self-drive distance.

Actors submitting must have full-day availability on the filming date. Call times have not been released yet, so talent should be prepared for a full filming day depending on the final call and wrap schedule.

Female, all ethnicities, age range 50–65.

The production is looking for a woman with an interesting, memorable, and character-filled appearance. This role is ideal for someone who has personality, class, and a strong presence.

The character is described as someone who may have worked in an old-school upscale establishment for decades, serving regulars and carrying countless stories. The casting notice compares the vibe to a David Lynch-type character — stylish, distinctive, and full of mystery.

Previous waitress experience is helpful but not required. The most important factor is having the right look and energy for the role.
