Movie “Slip” Casting in New York – Paid Non-Union Background Roles

Waldron Casting is now seeking non-union background talent for the upcoming season of “Slip,” filming in New York.

The production is casting upscale, elegant, and sophisticated types to portray guests at a high-end gala or cocktail party scene. Applicants should have a polished look and appropriate formal wardrobe, such as cocktail dresses, suits, business attire, or chic eveningwear.

Filming will take place in Midtown East, Manhattan, NY on August 24, 25, and 26. Selected talent must be available for all three matching work dates. Fittings will be held in Yonkers, NY on August 17, 18, or 19.

This is paid non-union background work. The rate is $187 for 10 hours, with fitting pay of $44.75 plus travel stipend for up to 4 hours.

Applicants should submit current photos showing their present hairstyle, color, and length, including a neck-up photo and full-body photo against a light or white background. Photos in business attire or suits are encouraged.

Submissions should also include full name, phone number, non-union confirmation, clothing sizes, recent work history on “Slip” if applicable, visible tattoo details, wardrobe availability, fitting availability, and confirmation of availability for all work dates.

Men should also confirm whether they are comfortable being clean shaven.
