Miami Casting Call: Try Out for “The Price Is Right” in South Florida

South Florida fans of The Price Is Right will soon have the chance to hear the iconic phrase, “Come on down!”

CBS Miami is partnering with The Price Is Right for a special contestant search event at Toyota of Hollywood. The audition event will be held on Friday, August 28, giving local residents the opportunity to try out for the legendary CBS game show and possibly move forward in the casting process for a chance to appear in Los Angeles.

Hosted by Drew Carey, The Price Is Right is one of the most recognizable and longest-running game shows in television history. Since its debut in 1972, the show has entertained audiences with exciting pricing games, big prizes, cars, vacations, cash rewards, and the famous Showcase round.

During the audition, participants will have about 30 seconds on camera to introduce themselves and answer questions from casting producers. Judges will be looking for energetic, fun, and memorable personalities.

Two semifinalists will be selected from the event and may continue in the casting process for a chance to appear on The Price Is Right.

Admission is free, and no purchase is required to participate. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, residing in one of the 50 states or Washington, D.C.
