Project Concept

For the TV commercials, the story centers around a natural phone conversation between a senior and a telesales representative. The representative helps answer questions and guide the senior through health plan options.

The educational videos will feature simple, authentic conversations between family members or friends sharing information about their health plan.

Female Senior

Seeking an Anglo/Caucasian woman, ages 60–65. Talent should be warm, active, healthy-looking, relatable, and have strong acting skills. Must be a native English speaker.

Telesales Agent

Seeking an African American or ethnically ambiguous actor, ages 40–45. Talent should feel warm, trustworthy, approachable, and have strong acting skills. Must be a native English speaker.

Spanish Version

Female Senior

Seeking a Hispanic woman, ages 60–65. Talent should be warm, active, healthy-looking, relatable, and have strong acting skills. Must be a native Spanish speaker.
