Bring the holidays to life at ZooTampa’s Christmas in the Wild—a sparkling winter wonderland filled with lights, interactive characters, and festive performances. The team is hiring stiltwalkers and skilled improv performers for this beloved seasonal event. ❄️

Casting At-a-Glance

• 🎭 Roles:

  • Stiltwalkers — $25/hr

  • Skilled Improv Performers — $17/hr

• ⏱️ Shift Length: ~7 hours (daily call time 3:00–3:30 PM)

• 👥 Who Can Apply: Ages 16+, all genders & ethnicities (under 18 must bring a parent/guardian to sign forms)

• 🏠 Travel/Housing: Not provided

• ✅ Priority: Applicants with full event availability

Key Dates

• 👗 Fittings / Orientation: Nov 15–16

• 🧠 Rehearsals: Nov 22–25

• 🎟️ Event Days: Select weekdays and all weekends between Nov 28 – Dec 30

• 🎅 Must be available during Christmas week

What You’ll Do

• 🤹 Stiltwalkers: Parade, greet, and create magical photo moments from up high

• 🎙️ Improv Performers: Engage guests in character, banter, and interactive scenes
