Extras Casting Call in Chicago for The Chi Season 8

Showtime’s The Chi is now casting extras in Chicago for its 2026 eighth season, which is currently in production and is expected to be the show’s final season.

Casting directors are currently looking for women to portray nail techs, specifically African American, Latina, or Asian talent between the ages of 20 and 45. Applicants must be real manicurists or nail techs, or currently enrolled in school for nails.

Filming will take place in Chicago, Illinois, with pay set at $132.80 for 8 hours. To be considered, talent must have a completed EP Casting Portal profile.
