“Chicago Fire” New Season Casting Real Firefighters and Medics in Illinois

NBC’s “Chicago Fire” is now casting real firefighters and real medics for background roles in an upcoming episode filming in the Chicago, Illinois area.

The long-running drama follows the lives of the firefighters, rescue squad, and paramedics of the fictional Firehouse 51. The series stars Jesse Spencer, Taylor Kinney, and Monica Raymund.

Casting Details

Production is looking for:

• Male and female real firefighters

• Male and female real medics

Work Date: Friday, March 13Location: Chicago, Illinois area

Pay Rate

• $200 for 8 hours

• Time and a half after 8 hours

• $25 special ability rate

Filming days may run up to 12 hours, and lunch will be provided.
