Chicago Casting — Be a Background Extra on Chicago Med (2026 Season)

NBC’s hit medical drama Chicago Med is casting Chicagoland locals as paid background for upcoming episodes. You’ll appear as hospital staff, patients, and visitors—extras only, not principal roles.

Location: Chicago + nearby suburbs (within ~2 hours)

Who: Any gender, all ethnicities, 18+, HS grads not currently in school

Rate: $132.80 for up to 8 hours (OT after 8)

Car bump: +$35 if booked with your vehicle (no red/white cars)

Filming: Mon–Fri, typically 8–12 hr shoot days

Availability window:List all dates you’re free between Mon 11/17 and Mon 12/1(Production off 11/26–11/28 for the holiday.)
