Casting Call for Faith-Based Feature Film Finding Grace in North Carolina

Noah Day Productions is now casting several speaking roles, background actors, and crew members for the upcoming faith-based feature film Finding Grace.

The film is scheduled to shoot from August 7–9, 2026, in the Charlotte, Gastonia, and Shelby, North Carolina area. Local talent is strongly encouraged to submit.

Speaking Role

City OfficialProduction is seeking a male actor, open to all races, ages 30–60, to portray a strong and commanding city official.

The ideal performer should have a strong screen presence, sharp and intimidating personality, and an executive or law enforcement-style demeanor. This role may fit actors who can naturally portray an investigator, official, or authority figure.

Assistant Director Needed

The production is also seeking an experienced Assistant Director who can help manage a three-day independent feature film shoot.

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

✅ Shooting schedules

✅ Call sheets

✅ Cast and crew coordination

✅ Maintaining production pace

✅ Managing multiple locations over a three-day weekend

Background Actors Needed

Background talent is needed for multiple scenes throughout the shoot.

August 7 – City Hall Scenes

Seeking city officials, board members, business professionals, citizens, protestors, reporters, and community members.

August 8 – Community Center / Food Distribution Scenes

Seeking volunteers, families, senior citizens, community members, and food distribution participants.

August 9 – Restaurant Scenes

Seeking restaurant patrons, couples, families, and friends dining together.

Background roles are open to all races, all ages, and all genders.
