• EXEKIEL – Male, 20s–40s, African AmericanResurrected spirit of a freedman lost off Key West in the 1800s. Tall, powerful presence, minimal dialogue, strong physicality.

• BARBARA – Female, 60s–80s, CaucasianFormer lighthouse keeper turned spectral guardian. Stern but maternal. Some light swordplay/physical comedy (rubber props; no firearms).

• ERNESTO – Male, 40s–60s, HispanicCuban-American city councilman torn between developers and locals. Must know how to swim.

• DESIREE – Male/Female (in drag), 25–50s, any ethnicityTall, glamorous drag performer. Fearless, funny, big presence. Comfortable performing in drag with strong physical comedy.
