Black Actress Wanted in Atlanta for Lead Commercial Role

A live event project in the Atlanta, Georgia area is now casting a Black female performer for a paid lead role in a public service organization showcase.

The project is seeking a confident performer with a connection to community and an interest in social action. The selected talent will deliver a 5–10 minute performance focused on social justice, such as a monologue, play excerpt, movie scene, or another meaningful piece. Performances centered around voting rights are especially encouraged.

Casting Details

Project: Live Event – Public Service Organization Showcase

Role: Female Performer – Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA area, including Marietta, Roswell, or Cobb County

Work Date: Friday, May 15, 2026

Rate: $250 for the day/evening

Union Status: Non-union

Usage: One day, on-site event only

This is a local hire only opportunity. Travel, transportation, and accommodations will not be provided.

Role Requirements

Seeking a Black female performer, ages 18–75, with a strong presence and the ability to deliver a powerful performance connected to community, social justice, or social change. Video auditions will be required for selected applicants.
