Background Extras for 2026 Season of Chicago Med

Hit NBC medical drama Chicago Med is now casting paid background actors for upcoming episodes filming in the Chicagoland area.

📍 Location: Within 2 hours of Chicago, IL

👥 Roles: General background (all genders, all ethnicities) + newborns

🎂 Age: 18+ (must be out of high school and not currently attending classes)

💵 Rate: $132.80/8 (flat for up to 8 hrs, time-and-a-half after 8)

🚗 Car bump: + $35 if booked with your vehicle (no red or white cars)

They’re collecting general availability for Episode 11014, filming weekdays between Wed 12/10 and Fri 12/19 (no weekends). Full-day availability only; typical days run 8–12 hours with early call times.
