Altarena Playhouse Announces “Fallen Angels” Casting in Alameda, CA

Altarena Playhouse in Alameda, California is now holding auditions for its upcoming production of Fallen Angels by Noël Coward, directed by Katina Psihos.
The production will run from August 21 to September 20, with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:00 PM. Rehearsals are set to begin on July 8.
Auditions will take place by appointment on Sunday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 31 at 7:00 PM, with callbacks scheduled for Saturday, April 4 at 1:00 PM by invitation only. All auditions will be held at Altarena Playhouse, 1409 High Street, Alameda, CA.
The company is seeking non-AEA performers and encourages actors of all races, ethnicities, and genders to audition. Selected performers will receive a $500 expense reimbursement.
Set in London in 1925, Fallen Angels follows best friends Julia and Jane, who both shared a romantic past with the charming Frenchman Maurice Duclos before they married their husbands. When Maurice reappears, chaos, champagne, and comedy unfold in true Coward style.

Willy Banbury – male, 35–50
Saunders – female, 40–50
Maurice Duclos – male, 35–50
Actors should bring a hard copy of their headshot and resume, along with the audition form and conflict calendar.
