Acting Job in Detroit: American Immersion Theater Murder Mystery Auditions

American Immersion Theater is casting talented actors in the Detroit area for its immersive murder mystery shows. This is a flexible acting opportunity for performers who enjoy interactive theater, scripted scenes, and improvisation.

Actors will perform at mystery dinners, private parties, corporate events, and other live entertainment experiences. The company is seeking energetic local performers who can bring a variety of characters to life in semi-structured shows with improv elements.

Auditions will include guided improv scenes using character archetypes such as a rich socialite, butler or maid, bridezilla, cheerleader, football captain, detective, mob boss, femme fatale, washed-up rock star, and more. No monologue or prepared script is required, but actors should come ready to perform two character types from the list.

Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Location: 28551 Southfield Rd., Lathrup Village, MI 48076

Pay: $75–$150 per show
