Derby Dinner Playhouse is holding local adult open auditions in Indiana for its 2026–27 season. The new season lineup will be announced on February 16, so keep an eye out for show details.

Location (Auditions)
Auditions will take place at the Derby Dinner Rehearsal Studio.Address/landmark: The large red building behind the red brick house at 401 Newman Avenue, Clarksville, IN (beside Derby Dinner Playhouse).Important: Arrive at least 5 minutes early and go directly to the rehearsal studio (do not go to the Playhouse).

Eligibility & Availability
Must be 18+ to sign up
Must be available for daytime and evening rehearsals and performances
Intended for new-to-Derby actors (or those who haven’t worked there in a while)
Callbacks for specific shows may be invitation-only as needed
What to Prepare
Prepare about 90 seconds of material:
Sing, a monologue, or a bit of both
No tracks
If singing, bring clearly marked sheet music (start/end points). Musical Director Scott Bradley will accompany.

Optional Dance Callback
On Saturday, March 7 at 4:00 PM, there will be a brief, invited dance call. Not everyone will be asked to attend, and you can still audition even if you can’t make the dance call.
